Flippin ‘Eck

Pancake day is fast approaching and there is no reason for you to leave out your best friend with this dog friendly recipe

Ingredients

  • 50g plain flour

  • 1 egg

  • 100 ml water

    (If you need to go wheat free use gluten free flour or a banana instead of flour)

Method

  • Mix all the ingredients together

  • Heat a frying pan to a medium temperate

  • Place mould (if using) in he centre

  • Pour in enough batter to cover base of mould

  • Cook for approx 30 seconds depending on thickness

  • Remove mould

  • Flip

  • Leave to cool slightly

  • Add toppings

Enjoy!

Splash of yogurt or kefir

Strawberries / Bananas / Blueberries
